with a minja its all about how many heavys you kill and how many objectives you can hack/back-cap. nothing else matters not even your KD (to a point as even trading 1 for 1 while getting hacks in makes having a minja worthwhile)
(killing logis is also worthwhile if only because it grants your team/squad the ability to throw suits at the heavys till they go away and you can hack :P)

thats what minjas are fore, you hug the flanks waiting till the perfect moment to creep in and hack, taking out stragglers and flanking behind the heavys as you knife em and run away!

Was looking for bar/goal to set... You hear a lot of KD ego stroking, pissing contest on the forums.... ZDemoncake was happy with my performance but felt like a drag on the clone count. Happy to know I'm performing within satisfactory bounds, well... Most of the time 
if your looking to up your game try the "make some noise" play
your squad has to be in on it.
basically you setup in a hops distance from the objective and your squad lead calls "make some noise!!!!!!!!" and everyone in your squad except you becomes as aggressive as possible throwing every grenade and shot as they try to pull as much attention to themselves as possible in the OPPOSITE direction your hiding. Then once the noise starts you take that momentary distraction where the enemy team isnt looking at the objective, at the map, or at the top of their screen to jump in and ninja as fast as you can.
people only have so much accessible attention at a time and that kind of action immediately consumes literally all of it. Done right the enemy team wont even notice the objective is being hacked intill its already done and you can come in from behind with knives and try to snake a few kills on the now weakened distracted prey until you inevitably die a horrible death having done your job well. THIS is why minjas have lower KD, because chaos is your weapon.
alturnatly do what i do and crashland a python on top oof some heavys and then hop out and ninja hack using the wreakage as cover, laying down uplinks as you run away like a *****.
